Hall of Fame Payments:

Gold Package - Reserve one full table of 10 and receive 1 induction fee (award & dinner) and 1 special custom engraved sword for FREE!  Just go here to print out  the nomination acceptance form and than click on the back button to return to this page.  Fill out the form in its entirety (make copies for additional inductees), total all fees for inductees and guests and click on the paypal button below: 

Note: on the paypal page enter the correct amount in the unit price box and than click on update totals.  After making your hall of fame payment please fax all forms,  bios, and your paypal receipt to: 561-743-9298 / Email inductee photos to: fpcke@comcast.net 

Platinum Package - Reserve two full tables of 20 and receive 2 induction fees (award & dinner), 1 extra guest dinner,  and 2 special custom engraved swords for FREE!  Just go here to print out  the nomination acceptance form and than click the back button to return to this page.  Fill out the form in its entirety (make copies for additional inductees), total all fees for inductees and guests and click on the paypal button below:

Vendor Booth and Program Book Payments

Booth rentals are available.  If you would like to have a booth at the event, take an ad out in our official program book, or sponosr a competition ring go here to print out the official form and than click on the back button to return to this page.  Fill out the form in its entirety, sign and click on the paybal button below:

A booth rental will also get you a FREE 1/2 page ad in the program book or 75% off of a full page ad!  Sponsor 1 competition ring and get a FREE 1/2 page ad in the program book or 75% off of a full page ad!  Sponsor 2 or more competition rings and receive a FREE full page ad!  Ad space in the program book also entitles you to FREE E-NEWS ads.
